The app only collects data when you use it to send us suggestions or feedback, using the hosting app. This data is not personal. We do not collect any personal identification information. Personal Information includes your name, physical address, email address, phone number and geographic location.
The keyboard extension does not collect any data. Full access is only used to copy images to the pasteboard so that you can paste them into your conversation, document etc. The keyboard extension only uses images; therefore, we never collect any language Modeling Data such as common phrases or words that you use.
We only use the collected, anonymous data to see suggestions and feedback that you have sent us, using the hosting app. We use Non-Personal information for internal purposes only, such as to notify you of new products or services, and for promotion and marketing purposes. We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes mentioned above.
We only use the collected, anonymous data to see how often the hosting app is used, and what features you have told us you would like to see in the app.
We only use the collected, anonymous data to decide what to develop next. Any need to communicate any work carried out as a result of this collected data is handled in the release notes when releasing a new version of the app.
We will not share your personal data with any third party unless you have given us permission. We may share anonymized data, where we have removed any personal data, with other parties. One example is Google Analytics, which is used to collect feedback and suggestions.
When you allow full access in the settings under the “Add New Keyboard” menu, you will encounter a warning message stating “full access allows the developer to transmit anything you type, including things you have previously typed with this keyboard. This could include sensitive information such as your credit card number or street address.” The app and keyboard extension are designed as to not receive, store or transmit any such sensitive data.
Guamoji is very concerned about safeguarding your confidential information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measure that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information or is impenetrable.
